PPN Off Campus Student Housing Rentals

PPN properties are available for tenant use 365 days per year, unlike the local colleges and universities who close dorms during holiday and vacation breaks. This amenity has proven to be a very attractive asset and essential to students who may take summer classes, maintain jobs/internships, or volunteer in the community. Additionally, providing year round housing lessens the burden on students to move their belongings in and out of their residence during holidays, vacation breaks and non-school periods.

All leases are for a one-year term, requiring rental payments to be made in advance semi-annually or annually. Collection of rental payments upfront in six or twelve month intervals alleviates any void in rental income due to unanticipated departures. Another advantage of prepaid rental income is the financial gain to PPN from securing rental monies in advance to benefit cash flow. PPN's standard one year lease is June 1st through May 31st. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is collected with the signed lease. The lease is signed by the student as tenant and the parent/guardian as guarantor.
