Conveniently situated near Albany University and The College at St. Rose, residents will find a rich mixture of historic and diverse neighborhoods and an exciting variety of arts, cultural and entertainment opportunities. Albany boasts a multitude of restaurants, shops, museums, and theaters within walking distance or easily accessible by bus.

Two points of interest are the 12 month lease period versus the typical 8 months, and the luxury of preparing food with friends in your very own kitchen. Current residents include sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students. Our goal is to retain tenants three or more years by providing safe, quality, and affordable student housing in a geographically desirable area centrally located to the Albany campus.
